The Hiring Process
The hiring process is simple. You can apply for a current opening or put in a general application and we will try to match you will a position that fits.
Application
Stop by 4701 E. State Street between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm to apply in person. It is important to bring your ID and know the details of your past work history. You can also get the process starting by filling out our EZ Registration.
Interview and Assessment
Once we have reviewed your application, we will interview and administer any necessary assessments. For instance, we ask clerical applicants to take standard typing and various Microsoft Office assessments. Industrial applications may be asked to take an assembly test, written math test or written CNC test.
Onboarding
Once you accept an assignment, we start the onboarding process. This involves:
- Pre-employment screens (background check, drug screen)
- Required training
- Paperwork (State and Federal tax forms, payroll forms, company policies)
