LESLY COUPER
president
Lesly oversees company operations, strategy and performance while continuing to build on the highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive. In addition, she will maintain and build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders and develop and implement marketing, branding and communication strategies. Lesly holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University.
Dedicated to the community, she serves as a board member for Carpenter’s Place, YWCA of Northwestern Illinois, Rockford University, Rockford Chamber of Commerce and the Rock Valley College Foundation. In addition, she was recognized as the 2016 Woman Manager of the Year and one of the 20 People You Should Know in 2018.

With over 22 years of experience in human resources, operations and sales, Cheryl leads our search group and assists local employers with their talent acquisition needs. She is a proven leader with a commitment to delivering on expectations through an approach that is customer focused, solution-oriented, and results driven. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Bellevue University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP).

She leads our industrial placement division, and customers and candidates appreciate her competency when viewing and discussing manufacturing processes.

Sherry Riihl brings more than 25 years of experience in recruiting and staffing, with a proven ability to identify highly qualified candidates and align them with the right opportunities. Her expertise spans professional, industrial, and administrative placements, making her a trusted resource for both clients and job seekers.
Born and raised in Rockford, Sherry has a deep understanding of the local workforce and the unique needs of area businesses. She is a strong supporter of the community, having raised her family in Rockford and previously serving as a committee member for Carpenter’s Place.

Heather’s five years in economic development have further honed her ability to identify and align workforce solutions with the needs of employers and job seekers. Beyond her professional achievements, she gives back to her community as a dedicated volunteer with Boone County CASA, the Boone County Community Foundation, and the Boone County 4-H Foundation, embodying her commitment to fostering growth and opportunity for all.
