As founder and president, LoRayne sets the vision and values for workplace. She believes that our company must be based in integrity and operate with values that respect and support both our client companies and our candidates. She advocates for our customers, instilling in each team member the important role they play in helping an organization fulfill their goals through hiring the best people. In 1993, she became a founding shareholder in Temporary Services Insurance Limited, a workers’ compensation insurance company, and has served as an executive officer of the company since its inception.
LoRayne is active in the local community and was recognized by the Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce as the 2019 Citizen of the Year and the 2013 Woman Business Owner of the Year and was a recipient of Rotary’s Service Above Self award. In 2011, she was named as one of the 21 People You Should Know.
CHERYL CHURCH, SHRM-SCP
With over 22 years of experience in human resources, operations and sales, Cheryl leads our search group and assists local employers with their talent acquisition needs. She is a proven leader with a commitment to delivering on expectations through an approach that is customer focused, solution-oriented, and results driven. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Bellevue University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP).
Cory is a seasoned staffing professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is responsible for sourcing candidates and assisting the applicants through the application process including paperwork, testing, and interviewing.

Lesly oversees company operations, strategy and performance while continuing to build on the highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive. In addition, she will maintain and build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders and develop and implement marketing, branding and communication strategies. Lesly holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University.
Dedicated to the community, she serves as a board member for Carpenter’s Place and the Rock Valley College Foundation. In addition, she was recognized as the 2016 Woman Manager of the Year and one of the 20 People You Should Know in 2018.
With over 16 years of experience connecting people to opportunities, Linda has built on the knowledge and experience gained through her many years at a local manufacturer. She leads our industrial placement division, and customers and candidates appreciate her competency when viewing and discussing manufacturing processes.
Tenille is a highly motivated and organized communications professional with experience in sales, training, and team building. With over 16 years of experience networking and building relationships, she effectively researches, sources, and recruits for professional and executive positions including local, regional and nationwide candidate searches. Active in the community, Tenille donates her time and talent to Heartland Church and Rockford Rescue Mission.
