Welder – 3rd Shift

Direct hire and temp-to-hire positions are available depending on experience.

· Works from engineering drawings and Bill of Materials to fabricate and weld components.

· Accurately measure and lay out holes and locations for welded components.

· Operates welder, grinder, drill, hand/power tools, and measuring devices. Operate overhead crane and forklift, if needed

· Follows and maintains all safety and work rules/regulations including the proper use of PPE: safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, welding helmet, grinding shield, tight-fitted clothing, hearing protection, and gloves.

· Maintains departmental housekeeping 5S standards.

· Works in other departments as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years experience welding sheet metal.
