Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage scheduling and appointments using Microsoft Office and other scheduling tools.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and filing, paper and electronic.
- Handle customer inquiries with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform front desk duties, including managing mail and office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Contract Managment, generating purchase and sales contracts.
- Sending contracts by mail
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
