1How much will it cost my company?
This varies depending on the service provided.
• Temporary Staffing – The hourly mark up is determined by the work comp code of your organization.
• Temp to Hire - There is no separation fee for transition of employees to your payroll after 90 days. Should you wish to transition the employee before the end of the 90-day period, fees are dependent on the length of assignment.
• Direct Hire – Typically a flat fee based on the salary range of the position.
• Executive/Professional Search – The fee is based on a percentage of the first-year salary of the hired candidate.
2What is the process for finding employees through workplace?
Our search and recruitment process begins immediately after the job order. You will be asked to provide wage information and a job description for the position. We will discuss the details of the position so that we select the most qualified candidates to meet your needs.
3How long will it take to have an employee in our company?
The time frame to successfully place an employee with you will vary based on availability of candidates and your specific needs. You may decide to review the most qualified candidates and interview them or we can fill the position based on the qualifications you provide.
4What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by workplace?
Our temp-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them.
