Job description
Job Summary
A charter school located in Rockford, IL is looking to add Instructional Assistants/Paraprofessionals in grades K-5 or 6-8 for the 2025/26 school year. These are temp to hire positions.
Looking for individuals that posses the following qualities:

- Self-motivated
- Strong work ethic
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work with individual children that have various learning needs
- Good written and oral communication skills
Qualifications
- Must have 60 college credit hours or have successfully passed the paraprofessional (PARA PRO) certification test
- Must be able to pass state and federal background checks
- Must be able to pass drug test
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
