Candidates must have:
- Experience in a CNC/machine shop environment (tool room, assembly)
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Gibbscam
- Solid leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate across functional departments to resolve issues
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- Ability to develop and monitor the budget for the department
The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelors in industrial engineering, engineering technology, or related field and at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
