POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Manager
Reports To: President & CEO
This is a hands-on position that Interacts closely with the leadership team to ensure a high-level of employee engagement, resulting in a satisfied workforce and successful organizational outcomes. Through direct personal effort, ensures that the organization operates under best practices regarding talent acquisition, development, motivation, and retention. With other leaders ensures a culture based in values and respect.
Leads and executes all human resources planning
Plans and executes all internal and external recruiting efforts
Ensures utilization of effective identification, assessment, and selection methods and tools; employs applicant tracking methods
Plans and executes talent management and development systems and practices
Develops and executes performance management system and practices
Develops and executes compensation and benefits management system
Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure equity, employment practice compliance with all applicable laws. people engagement and optimal organizational performance.
Ensures timing utilization of HRIS system.
Maintains knowledge of all relevant trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and recent technologies.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in business related subject
5 years+ HR experience with progressive responsibilities
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including group presentation experience
Demonstrated ability in cross-functional problem-solving and critical thinking
Project management skills
Team player with well- developed interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of HR legal requirements and regulations
Specialization in 3 or more HR disciplines
PC proficiency; Paycor knowledge ideal
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 30 pounds occasionally
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
