Accounting/Administrative Manager

Job Description

Perform all Accounting Functions including but not limited to the following:

  • A/P, A/R, Payroll (ADP)
  • Inventory
  • Joint Ventures
  • Borrowing Base
  • Gross Margin Reports
  • Expense Reports
  • Inventory Reports
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Financial Statements, Powmet and two small related companies
  • Reviewed Statements/Audits
  • Assist with Tax Returns
  • Business Works, QuickBooks and a separate inventory program utilized
  • Bank, Wire Transfer, ACH
  • Daily emails to management
  • Weekly cash flow reporting

Human Resources

All HR duties including;

  • Employee record keeping
  • 401K
  • Insurance
  • Changes in requirements


  • Additional responsibilities required


  • Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
