Lesly Couper and Jaymie Nelson join workplace team

LoRayne Logan, Founder and President, is pleased to announce two new hires to the workplace team.

Lesly Couper has joined the workplace staff as Chief Operating Officer. With nearly 15 years of experience serving in various leadership roles, Lesly oversees company operations, strategy and performance while continuing to build on the highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive. In addition, she will maintain and build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders and develop and implement marketing, branding and communication strategies. Lesly holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University. Dedicated to the community, she serves as a board member for Carpenter’s Place and the Rock Valley College Foundation.

Jaymie Nelson has joined the workplace staff as Office Manager. Her knowledge of running the operations of a successful local business for over 20 years, as well as the organizational skills and attention to detail contribute to her all-around comprehension of all back office functions including payroll, accounting, unemployment claims and monitoring the staffing software and computer network. Jaymie currently serves as a board member for the Winnebago County Board of Health.
