The staff should be able to conduct phone interviews and elicit needed information to complete a housing application. They should be able to obtain necessary documentation and assemble a file that meets grant guidelines. The will also need to participate in the Division call center as well as do some general clerical work. In addition, they will be communicating with vendors, primarily property owners, to obtain verification and documents, as well as searching for and documenting available rental units in the community. It is critical that they are skilled at following directions, the use of a computer, Office Suite and Google Docs. Must also be able to keep information confidential.
