Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial solutions to their employment needs. Responsible for developing recruitment strategies.
Focus of Position
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients by meeting their needs in a knowledgeable, professional and timely manner.
- Cultivate relationships with potential new clients.
- Establish plans for effectively recruiting potential job seekers.
- Meet workflow demands through effective applicant screening and assessment.
Responsibilities and Objectives
Ensure timely communication with customer representatives.
Ensures timely and proper placement of candidates.
Assist client and employee to ensure retention.
Interact with applicants during all phases of recruitment, selection, placement and onboarding process.
Maintain knowledge required for effective placement of candidates and make recommendations as required.
Establish an applicant cultivation plan and referral network.
Participate in company’s risk management efforts, to include worksite safety audits.
Maintain timely and accurate recordkeeping in staffing database.
Collaborate with team members to ensure that employees are paid appropriately.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in HR or business preferred
Effective listening and communication skills

Knowledge of business practices and functions
